Hi, my name is Marissa Romeo. Paul and I got married and moved to Burlington in 2017 where I soon thereafter started up my business! We currently live in Chelmsford with our two cats, Vivi and Chester, and our Chinchilla named Beau. I love spending time outdoors and bonding with animals of all sorts!
Q:What is the cancellation policy?
A: Week of appointment 50% of the service is charged. Within 24 Hours of appointment, 100% of service is charged.
Q:What type of gear is needed to walk my dog?
A:It depends on your animal and their personal needs. Slip leads, Gentle leaders, Easy walk harnesses, as well as buckled prong collars are all highly recommended. These are all helpful tools to prevent pulling. Retractable and stretchy leashes not accepted as appropriate gear.
Q:Will my dog be walked with others?
A:Yes. Dogs are almost always walked in groups
Q:What happens if you’re sick or on vacation?
A:In the rare occasion that services need to be canceled due to illness or bad weather, the client is informed as soon as possible. All vacation dates are posted well in advance for the client’s convenience.
